Educational Qualification:

• Constable (GD): The candidates who are willing to apply for constable vacancy should have passed the matriculation examination from a recognized board.
• Sub Inspector (SI): The candidates who are willing to apply for Sub-Inspector (SI) post should have passed the graduation degree from any recognized institute.

Salary: 

The selected and eligible candidates may get a handsome salary of Rs. 9300-34800/- per month + grade pay of Rs. 4200/-.

Age Limit: 

The age should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2021. There may be changes in the age limit and the same will be confirmed after the official announcement.

Chandigarh.

Age Relaxation: 

The age relaxation will be available to the reserved category candidates as per the government instructions.

Selection Process: 

The selection process is going to be on the basis of the preliminary examination, physical test, and the main test.

Height Requirements:

• Male: 5 Feet 7 Inches
• Female: 5 Feet 3 Inches

Physical Standard for Male Candidates

• High Jump: 1.10 Meters (03 Chances)
• Long Jump: 3.80 Meters (03 Chances)
• Race: 1600 Meters to be completed in 06.30 minutes.

Physical Standard for Female Candidates

• High Jump: 0.95 Meters (03 chances)
• Long Jump: 3.00 Meters (03 chances)
• Race: 800 Meters to be completed in 04.00 minutes.

Application Fees: 

The candidates are required to pay the requisite fee in order to apply for the post. The department has not notified in this regard yet but the same will be updated as soon as we get any information in this regard.
