East Central Railway Hajipur Recruitment 2017-18 notification is out. As per the Notification, there are 21 sports quota vacancies. The educational qualification is intermediate in science, 12^th, and graduation. Educational Qualification:

For the Post of Pay Level 5 (Basic Pay Rs. 29200): The candidate must be a graduate.

For the Post of Pay Level 4 (Basic Pay Rs. 25500): Intermediate in science with physics and maths.

For the Post of Pay Level 2/3 (Basic Pay Rs. 19900-21700): The candidate should be 12^th pass or should have equivalent or higher qualification from recognized board.

Salary:

Pay Level 5 (Basic Pay Rs. 29200), Pay Level 4 (Basic Pay Rs. 25500), Pay Level 2/3 (Basic Pay Rs. 19900-21700).

Age Requirement:

18 to 25 years (No age relaxation in upper and lower age limit will be given)

Application Fee:

General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 500/-, SC/ST/Women/Minorities and Economic Backward Classes/Ex-Servicemen/PWD (above 40%) have to pay Rs. 250/- in form of Indian Postal Order in favor of ‘FA&CAO, East Central Railway’ payable at Hajipur.

Procedure for Recruitment:

The selection is going to be on the basis of performance in the trail, evaluation of sports/educational achievements etc. The candidates declared fit in the trail will be eligible for next stage.

How to Apply:

The application should be handwritten or neatly typed either in Hindi or English on an A-4 size paper which must be filled in own handwriting. You have to attach one recent passport size photograph on the application form. You have to send your application form along with the relevant documents/certificates and Indian postal order to the General Manager (Personnel), Recruitment section E.C. Railway Headquarter Office, Hajipur, District Vaishali, Bihar-844101 by ordinary post on or before 09.10.2017.
