Educational Qualification:
The applicants applying for the Medical Officer Jobs in Haryana Health Department should have passed the Graduation degree in Medicine and Surgery and registered as a medical practitioner. Preference will be given to the applicants having PG Degree/ Diploma and Rural Service in Haryana State.
Age Limit:

FPL-10 (as per the 7th CPC) + NPA and usual allowances.

You have to submit your application complete in all respects along with all the relevant documents to Director General Health Services, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula through registered/ speed post or by hand. The photograph should be pasted on the right-hand top corner at the space provided in the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
