Educational Qualification:

  1. Stenographer: The candidate must hold a degree of B.A./B.Sc. or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized university. The candidates should have passed matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subjects. The candidates have to qualify the test at a speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and transcription of the same at speed of 20 words per minute.
  2. Clerk: BA/ B.Sc. or equivalent qualification and should have passed the Punjabi up to matriculation level & must be having proficiency in computer operations.
