The educational qualification is the Graduation, post-graduation, and Diploma in the relevant field. The maximum age limit is 55 years. Educational Qualification:
- District Program Manager: Post-graduation or diploma with 1st division and 5-years post-qualification experience in the implementation of rural development programmes.
- Block Program Manager: Graduate or Post-graduate with first division and minimum 02-years of post-qualification experience.
- Cluster Coordinator: Graduation/ Diploma in Rural Development/ Management/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Science with 01-02 years of experience in working with poor in the area of social mobilization, Institutional building, and capacity building will be given preference.
- Block MIS Manager: Graduation preferably BCA/ MCA/ M.Sc./ B.E. (IT or CS)/ Commerce or Post-graduate with PGDCA. High-level computer operational skill is essential with minimum 30 words per minute typing speed in English and Punjabi. Having 03-years of working experience in rolling out MIS and Data uploading for development projects.
