Educational Qualification:
| District Functional Manager | Post-graduation in Rural Development/ Business Management/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Work/ Science/ Economics with 1st division. The candidate should have at least 03-years of experience. |
| Block Programme Manager | Minimum graduation or post-graduation with 1st division and 02-years of post-graduate and 03-years of graduate work experience. |
| Block Programme Manager (Livelihood) | Post-graduation (1st division) with at least 02-years post experience. |
| Cluster Coordinator | Post-graduation degree or diploma in Rural Development Management/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Science/ Economics with 01-02 years of experience. 10+2 from within the community. |
| Accounts Districts | Minimum graduate preferably post-graduation in commerce or another related field with 03-years of experience in accounts or public sector organization. |
